In fact it is a highly-developed rugged data carrier that will withstand the tough conditions found in military and other extreme environments such as offshore drilling, mining, the construction industry and heavy transport amongst others.

The receptacles take up the minimum of panel space and are also ideal for flush-mounting into equipment cases and cabinets so there are no protrusions, even when the Bar token is inserted.
